  • The name of your company must be unique. The suggested name should not match with any existing companies or trademarks in India. 
  • The objective should be the promotion of sports, social welfare, the advancement of science and art, education and financial assistance to lower income groups. 
  • The profits should be used for principal business activity of Section 8 Company. 
  • Promotors, Members, Founders and Directors of the company can’t withdraw any salary or remuneration. 
  • No distribution of profits to Members or Directors.
